Berjaya Eden Park London Hotel

I book double deluxe room is quite comfortable, reasonable prices $$$ and The room is clean everything is perfect as you need. Only problem is step but the staff they help you to carry the luggage up to the step. This hotel near tube station Bayswater and behind Hype park. And area surrounding with cafe and restaurant. Chinese, Malay, Fish and chip. You can get everything in this area and walking distance. I’m really recommend.

Rooms are basic but offer good value. Staff are friendly and kind, and luggage storage is offered which is a bonus. The best advantage is the location. Walking distance from two seperate underground lines.

The room was a bit old but very clean, with all the amenities you need. The location is great and the service was excellent. I stayed in a twin-bed room on the first night, then moved to a double-bed room for the rest of my stay because they were unable to provide the same room type for three consecutive nights. The first night was warm as the hotel provided a portable radiator due to the freezing weather outside. However, the following night in the double-bed room was very cold even with the radiator on. I reported this to the hotel staff, and they promptly provided an extra radiator, which made my last night in London warm and comfortable. Thank you very much. There are many restaurants nearby, and it’s only a few minutes’ walk to Queensway Station on the Central line, with Bayswater Station on the Circle line also close by. I would recommend this hotel to friends who are travelling on a low budget.

The hotel is located in good location. It’s only 1 min. by walk to the tube station. It surrounded by many restaurant, supermarket and souvenir shoppes. The room is clean even the outside looks old. very nice reception staff. Overall is good with reasonable price.

My husband and I enjoyed a very comfortable one night stay at the Berjaya Eden Park Hotel recently. Our room was recently refurbished and very comfortable. All of the staff were really helpful and accommodating and the food in the adjoining Malaysian restaurant is really tasty! The location of this hotel is also perfect, just behind Queensway and Bayswater underground stations and a 2 minute walk from Hyde Park. Excellent value for money in such a central and good location.

It's being renovated as some of the older rooms are quite small. Thankfully they have installed a lift that can fit 2 persons at a time. It's main advantage is that the location is central with 2 tube stations nearby. There are also several Malaysian restaurants near and around this area, so it's convenient for us Malaysians. Good food and service at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel, "Med Salleh"

At off peak season the price can be ok. Can't get cheap hotel prices in London city (prime location so, yeah). I can say the accommodation is worth it. Room for 2 is small but adequate with amenities like coffee & tea making, hair dryer, portable table lamps and liquid soap. Great location with many souvenir shops, supermarkets, halal restaurants, bakeries and public transport. There are a few malaysian restaurants here including hotel own's Med Salleh cafe

A very decent hotel especially in London and what made it very nice for us is the proximity to halal food (especially halal Malaysian food - MedSalleh, Malaysian restaurant in the same building as the hotel). Location wise can be a bit far from the central area if planning to go to the usual shopping area & tourists spots. But near the hotel, there are two tube stations (Bayswater - 3 mins away & Queensway - 5 mins away) and that was a plus. Of course the service was excellent with friendly staffs to greet and help us, thank you so much! We went at the end of December before Christmas time & quite lucky to get a good price for the hotel.
